Shipping & Return Information/Policies
By placing your order you agree upon and accept our current ship time. We reserve the right to change and or modify our current ship times at any time.
Below are our current ship times:
Hair bow orders will ship within any where from 2 days-2 weeks.
Ship time will depend on size of order, our current work load, and availability of the items ordered. Often we will be able to get small orders out very quickly, within 2-3 days. Larger orders may take up to 8 days to ship. Very large orders hairbow holder orders may take the full 2 weeks.
On occasion there might be a delay in processing orders. You will be notified if this happens. All items are hand made and some made to order and unexpected rushes do happen. If you are in a RUSH for an order just send us an email, we are happy to accommodate your needs. Please email us first and let us know exactly what you would like to order to ensure all materials are in stock to create your order. We will get back with you asap regarding your rush order. Please be sure to inform us of the exact date of the event to ensure proper delivery times. We currently ship usps mail.
