Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be completed, plus shipping time.
All orders will be shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority depending on weight.
For Washington Residents shipping will be a flat fee of $2.00
For the rest of the United States & Canada and Puerto Rico shipping starts at $3.00 and goes up depending on weight/items purchased.
For International Orders, I invoice separately for shipping and it goes as follows by the $ amount of the order.
($0-$10.00) $6.00 shipping
($10.01-$20.00) $8.00 shipping
($20.01-$45.00) $10.00 shipping
($45.01-$70.00) $12.00 shipping
(70.01-$95.00) $15.00 shipping
($95.01-$120.00) $20.00 shipping
($120.01-$150.00) $25.00 shipping
($150.01-200.00) $30.00 shipping
($200.01-300.00) $40.00 shipping
If actual shipping cost is $3 or more less than amount charged, the difference will be refunded.
Orders over $100 and shipped to the US ship for free.
I ship to the address on file in Paypal. Please make sure it is 100% correct. I am not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing time on tutus, depending on the materials I have on hand it may be sooner.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for the shipping of the bow holders. I have to have time to paint them, let them dry, and decorate them too =)
RETURNS:If for some reason you are unhappy with an item please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order. I will either replace the item you are unhappy with or offer you a refund. To get a refund you will have to ship the item back to me with delivery confirmation. You are responsible for shipping back to me. Once I receive the Delivery Confirmation # I will refund back your money. There are NO returns/refunds on custom or personalized orders because I send pictures of custom orders to you before I ship to make sure they are what you are looking for and they do not leave my hands until you (and I) are 100% satisfied with them.
Mama Made is not responsible for orders after they have been dropped off at the post office. We offer shipping insurance for $2.00 which will cover the amount of your order if your item is lost or stolen after it is dropped off at the post office.
