Each of our adorable tutus are made with yards and yards of tulle so they are very full and fabulous! Sizes NB-7/8 are made on crocheted bands and size 8/10-10/12 on no-roll elastic. Our tutus are perfect for photos or for when your little one wants to feel like a princess.
